3 Day Intensive

This course is designed for people intending to purchase a bird of prey for themselves. It will however, leave out a lot of the field-craft and hunting training. So this is really more designed for people who are interested in owls or species they just intend to fly to the fist. The course will be a mixture of theory and hands on, so hopefully achieving the best results in learning the skills needed to cover all the basic steps of bird of prey handling.
So it will cover:-

Accommodation
Feeding and Dietary requirements
Health and Hygiene
Species suitability
Equipment
Handling
Weighing and weight management
Basic training
Fitness and flying free

Other aspects can be covered during the course, dependant on the needs of the individual in order to achieve the best results. This is just an outline of the basic points that the course is structered around.
